They deliver Brazilian music in a rousing way, creating a rich ambiance. Even to hear ‘The Girl from Ipanema’ performed in three different languages including Japanese, brings new interpretation and style to the familiar. Make sure to catch their sound while they are in Wellington!
Anita, a multi-linguist, born and raised in Japan, who then studied Bossa Nova and Jazz for some years in Brazil, is excited to be returning to Wellington, her father’s home city, for the 2019 Wellington Jazz Festival this June.
