Wellington's "voice of honey" sings and swings popular jazz standards.

A midday treat for the senses - listen to the intimately gorgeous vocals of April Phillips while enjoying a glass of wine and get blissfully lost in one of the most beautiful and expansive views in Wellington.

April is well known to Wellington audiences as a producer of, and performer in, many musical shows including the Stellar Award winning Blue Eyes the music of Frank Sinatra at Circa Theatre. She sang the songs of Nat King Cole in Unforgettable at Old St Pauls where she also brought you The Glory of Gershwin for the Wellington Jazz Festival 2016. More recently she’s been singing with The Retro Pack and the Crooners & Swooners act with vocalist/saxophonist James Tait-Jamieson.
