Ms. Pierard & the Perceptions
Margot Pierard has been singing since she was born. Currently based in Hawkes Bay, she spends her time selling out Hawkes Bay Art Festival shows (Nina Simone Tribute, Duchess Club, and her latest project the voice/guitar duo Canopy), singing with the funk band Tropical Downbeat Orchestra, and overseeing three young handfuls.
Anton Wuts, also based in Hawkes Bay currently plays all manner of woodwind with the Revolutionary Arts Ensemble, the Little Blast Orchestra and local singer/songwriter Ben Throp.
Christine Wheatley, after a stint in the Royal New Zealand Navy Band and many years entertaining on cruise ships, settled on the Gold Coast in Australia, where she performs regularly, playing piano and keyboards with Radio Club, Soul Kitchen and Soul'd Out.
